1. Booking and Payment
- All safari bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages require full payment in advance to confirm the reservation.
- Payments can be made through our online payment gateway or other accepted methods specified at the time of booking.
- Once the booking is confirmed, a booking confirmation receipt will be sent to the customer via email.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In the case of cancellations made by the park authorities due to weather conditions, maintenance, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will not be responsible for refunds. However, we will assist in rescheduling or offering alternative options when available.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services or missed activities due to late arrival or any other reasons beyond our control.
3. Safari Rules and Regulations
- All visitors are required to follow the rules and regulations set by Ranthambore National Park authorities.
- Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability. We do not guarantee tiger sightings or wildlife sightings as they depend on natural conditions.
- Every visitor must carry the same government-issued ID used during the booking process, as it will be verified at the park entrance.
- Foreign tourists must provide passport details for making a reservation and carry the same passport during the safari.
- The park authorities may close the park without prior notice, and we cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused by such closures.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- Ranthambore Booking acts as a travel agent and facilitator for safari bookings, hotel arrangements, and local tours. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or death during safaris, transfers, or other travel-related activities.
- We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from delays, cancellations, natural calamities, or any other reasons beyond our control.
- Guests are advised to take appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen situations.
5. Hotel Reservations
- Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel or resort. Specific policies regarding check-in/check-out timings, cancellations, and refunds will apply as per the hotel’s guidelines.
- We make every effort to book hotels that meet our quality standards, but we are not liable for any issues related to hotel services or amenities.
6. Changes in Fees and Charges
- In case of any changes in park entry fees, government taxes, or other charges after the booking has been confirmed, guests are liable to pay the difference at the time of entry or check-in.
7. Guest Conduct
- Visitors are expected to maintain appropriate behavior while on safari or during local tours. Any activity that endangers wildlife, damages the environment, or disturbs other guests may result in termination of the services without a refund.
- Guests are required to respect the privacy and safety of fellow travelers and follow the instructions of guides and park authorities.
8. Data Privacy
- We respect your privacy and handle all personal information provided during bookings in accordance with our privacy policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purpose of booking and related services.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Ranthambore Booking reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
