Once payment is made and the safari booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all cancellations, changes, or any other situations that may arise after the booking has been finalized.

  • Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: All safari bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or date once confirmed.
  • Cancellations by Park Authorities: If the safari is canceled by the park authorities due to weather, maintenance, or any other unforeseen reasons, B2B Ranthambore will not be liable for issuing any refunds. However, we will assist in rescheduling or finding alternative options when available.
  • No Refund for Missed Safaris: Refunds will not be provided for missed safaris due to late arrivals, personal reasons, or any other factors beyond our control.
